Mary Slade is the owner of Bookkeeping By Blanche.  I have been preparing taxes since 2005 and in 2012 I passed the IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer exam.  I was born and raised here in St. Mary's County and graduated from the University of Maryland.

I truly enjoy doing tax returns and working with client.  The tax code is constantly changing and I find it interesting and challenging to keep up with all of the new laws.  I specialize in working with small businesses, including farms and watermen, investments, rental properties, and retirement planning.  I do corporate tax returns, estates, trusts and non-profit organizations.  I am here through the year to represent clients dealing with the IRS, including audits and unresolved tax issues.
