Born and raised in Southern Maryland, Pamala’s journey in bookkeeping spans more than a decade. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep understanding of accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in leveraging modern bookkeeping tools and software.

As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor in both Desktop and Online platforms, Pamala provides comprehensive financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs—streamlining processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance. Her niche expertise lies in QuickBooks cleanups, where she excels at transforming disorganized financial data into accurate, audit-ready records. With a strategic approach to reconciliations and problem-solving, Pamala helps businesses regain control of their books and make informed financial decisions.

In 2024, Pamala expanded her expertise by becoming a certified tax preparer, with a growing focus on business tax preparation. Outside of her professional life, Pamala enjoys spending time with her husband of nearly 20 years, their two teenage sons, and their new puppy, George. She also finds relaxation and creativity through crochet, a hobby that reflects the same patience and precision she brings to her professional work.
